HOW MUCH IS IT?
General Admission is $14
Discount Admission is $12 when you bring a receipt from ANY store or restaurant in Lincoln Square Shopping Center dated the same day as your visit.
(Limit 1 receipt per customer)
WHEN IS IT OPEN?
Weekends from September 30 to October 31, 2011
Fridays: 7pm - 1am
Saturdays: 7pm - 1am
Sundays: 7pm - 10pm
Monday Oct. 31: 7pm - 10pm
IF I GET TOO SCARED AND BAIL OUT EARLY DO I GET A REFUND?
No. Simply put; you paid us to scare you. If we have achieved that before your experience is over, we'll take it as a compliment.
IF I'M IN LINE BY CLOSING TIME, WILL I GET IN?
Yes. If you are already in line before closing time, you will get to see the show. The line is cut off at the closing times posted.
IS IT AIR CONDITIONED?
Yes. Naughtrite is the only 100% air conditioned haunted attraction in DFW.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO COME?
The earlier in October you visit, the less your wait time will be. The last weekend of the month tends to get very busy.
IS IT SCARY?
Our show is based on the horror genre of what terrors a mentally ill individual could render. There are no monsters, like vampires. Some scenes are very graphic and gory, and the show is NOT recommended for children under the age of 14.
CAN THE CHARACTERS TOUCH ME?
The characters are not allowed to touch you. Likewise, you're expected not to touch them.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES/VIDEO?
Pictures and video recording are NOT allowed inside the house. However, there are usually a few characters out front that you are welcome to take pictures with.
CAN I WEAR A COSTUME?
For the safety of both staff and customers, costumes and masks are NOT allowed to be worn inside.
CAN I SHOW OFF FOR MY FRIENDS BY BREAKING STUFF AND HARASSING THE ACTORS?
NO. Disruptive or vulgar behavior, unwanted physical contact, theft, and vandalism are all cause for removal and/or legal action.
IS THERE SECURITY?
There are plain clothed security guards inside the house and every square foot of walking space is monitored by closed circuit cameras.
HOW MUCH IS PARKING?
Parking is free in the Lincoln Square parking lot.
CAN I SMOKE INSIDE?
NO! There is NO smoking allowed anywhere inside the attraction. Food and Drinks are also not allowed to be taken inside.
CAN I SCORE SOME COOL NDC SWAG?
Yes. T-Shirts are available for purchase at the ticket window.
